About the Role

Ports North is seeking an Automation & AI Transformation Lead to drive automation, self-service, and AI-enabled transformation across a global Digital Workplace organization. In this role, you will identify opportunities for operational improvement, facilitate workshops with stakeholders, prioritize transformation initiatives, and coordinate delivery across multiple teams. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and delivery leadership to turn automation and AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes. The role is particularly suited to professionals with experience in Microsoft 365, Copilot, workplace automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve Digital Workplace processes through automation and self-service.
• Evaluate opportunities for AI-enabled transformation across workplace functions.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and translate business challenges into actionable transformation initiatives.
• Prioritize automation, self-service, and AI initiatives based on business value and feasibility.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Track initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Help ensure transformation projects deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across a global Digital Workplace function.
• Support adoption of modern Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled workplace capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading automation, digital transformation, or workplace technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and automation.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirements discussions.
• Strong ability to prioritize initiatives and manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across geographically distributed teams.
• Experience driving initiatives from opportunity identification through delivery.
