Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years enterprise automation, workflow/integration engineering, or platform architecture
• Deep hands-on experience with n8n or Boomi (enterprise-scale)
• Expertise in API-first/event-driven architectures, REST, webhooks, OAuth, JWT
• Experience with CI/CD, automation governance, observability, reliability
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) including AI/ML services
• Proven ability to identify AI automation opportunities and influence technical direction

Skills

• Hands-on individual contributor with platform ownership and technical leadership
• Own and execute enterprise AI automation strategy (n8n-focused)
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient automation solutions
• Build AI-enabled workflows, intelligent agents, and decisioning frameworks
• Architect API-first and event-driven integrations across enterprise systems
• Define platform standards (dev, deployment, monitoring, governance)
• Establish CI/CD processes and release practices
• Create reusable automation frameworks, templates, prompt patterns
• Implement observability, monitoring, and performance measurement
• Lead technical design reviews and post-incident reviews
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in AI automation
