About the role

AI API automation test executions for ServiceNow Oracle ERP integrations that are built by our team. AI Automation Engineer responsible for designing and delivering AI powered automation solutions to enhance business workflows, operational efficiency and productivity for Store Agents through seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of AI powered automation capabilities.
• Enable Store Agents to efficiently execute business workflows.
• Automate operational processes to improve productivity.
• Seamlessly integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems and operational platforms.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand automation needs and implement effective solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve automation tools and processes to drive measurable productivity improvements.
• Develop and implement AI based automation strategies to support business operations.
• Design scalable and maintainable automation workflows tailored to Store Agent requirements.
• Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to integrate automation with existing enterprise systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation processes to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for further automation and efficiency gains.
• Stay updated with the latest AI and automation technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of automation tools.
