About the role
This role focuses on designing and scaling enterprise‑grade AI platforms built on LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead enterprise AI architecture using Gemini, Vertex AI, and agent‑based systems.
- Build scalable RAG pipelines, multi‑agent workflows, grounding strategies, and connector ecosystems.
- Define and enforce AI governance, including security, privacy, access control, and responsible AI standards.
- Partner with business, security, and engineering teams to drive AI adoption and platform strategy.
- Establish standards for authentication, RBAC/RLS/FLS, ingestion frameworks, APIs, and semantic search.
- Optimize AI platform performance, reliability, and scalability for enterprise use cases.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in AI/ML and enterprise architecture.
- Strong hands‑on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, Vertex AI, Gemini, Vector Search.
- Experience with multi‑agent orchestration, embedding pipelines, governance, and safety patterns.
- Cloud‑native expertise (GCP preferred) and strong stakeholder communication skills.
