About the role

This role focuses on designing and scaling enterprise‑grade AI platforms built on LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise AI architecture using Gemini, Vertex AI, and agent‑based systems.
• Build scalable RAG pipelines, multi‑agent workflows, grounding strategies, and connector ecosystems.
• Define and enforce AI governance, including security, privacy, access control, and responsible AI standards.
• Partner with business, security, and engineering teams to drive AI adoption and platform strategy.
• Establish standards for authentication, RBAC/RLS/FLS, ingestion frameworks, APIs, and semantic search.
• Optimize AI platform performance, reliability, and scalability for enterprise use cases.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in AI/ML and enterprise architecture.
• Strong hands‑on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, Vertex AI, Gemini, Vector Search.
• Experience with multi‑agent orchestration, embedding pipelines, governance, and safety patterns.
• Cloud‑native expertise (GCP preferred) and strong stakeholder communication skills.
