Skills

• Strong communication skills to simplify complex AI concepts.
• Shape and evolve the company’s AI strategy in alignment with business priorities.
• Define vision, principles, and success metrics for AI adoption.
• Act as an internal advocate and thought leader for responsible AI innovation.
• Partner with departmental AI Champions to identify and prioritize high-value use case.
• Familiarity with responsible AI and ethical principles.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML tools (e.g., Vertex AI, SageMaker).
• AI Agentic experience, Google cloud, Python and SQL.
• Extensive experience building, deploying, and maintaining high-availability AI solutions in a large-scale production environment.
• Expertise in cloud (AWS, GCP) and Data lake.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI architectures that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark, and R.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build ETL processes and ensure seamless data integration for model training.
• Conduct data mining and analytics to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Deploy models into production environments while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in AI development and deployment.
• Assess AI use cases for feasibility, impact, and risks.
• Review and advise on AI/ML solution architecture, scalability, data quality, and security.
• Identify and mitigate risks (privacy, bias, compliance).

Pay

Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 a year
