AI Architect

Job Title: AI ArchitectLocation: Bellevue, WA Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced AI Architect with strong expertise in Telecom Networks, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Cloud Architecture, and Enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will design and lead AI-powered solutions that improve network operations, troubleshooting, knowledge discovery, automation, and engineering productivity.This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, telecom domain knowledge, architecture leadership, and client-facing experience. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect AI assistants, copilots, and agentic AI solutions for telecom and enterprise operations.Develop AI solutions for incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and workflow automation.Define architectures using LLMs, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, Vector Databases, Multi-Agent Systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.Integrate structured and unstructured data, including network telemetry, operational data, documentation, logs, and engineering knowledge.Build and support AI platforms using Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, APIs, microservices, and modern data engineering technologies.Establish standards for AI architecture, security, governance, observability, responsible AI, MLOps, and LLMOps.Lead cross-functional teams of AI engineers, data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, and telecom domain experts.Develop AI accelerators, proof-of-concepts, and reusable frameworks for enterprise adoption.Support solutioning, proposals, bids, client workshops, executive presentations, and AI transformation initiatives.Mentor technical teams and drive the adoption of AI across network operations and engineering organizations. Required Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of Telecom RAN, Core, Transport, OSS/BSS, Service Assurance, Network Operations, and Engineering.Hands-on expertise with Generative AI and Agentic AI architecture.Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, Multi-Agent Systems, and AI orchestration.Experience developing AI solutions for network operations, troubleshooting, RCA, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.Strong experience with Azure, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Data Engineering, MLOps, and LLMOps.Experience with semantic search, enterprise knowledge repositories, engineering copilots, and decision-support systems.Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud architecture, security, and enterprise integration patterns.Experience establishing AI governance, security, observability, and responsible AI frameworks.Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.Experience with pre-sales, solution architecture, client presentations, proposals, and executive-level engagements. Preferred QualificationsExperience delivering AI transformation programs within Telecom or Network Operations environments.Experience building production-grade AI agents and enterprise copilots.Strong understanding of modern AI/ML architecture and enterprise data platforms.Ability to translate complex business and operational challenges into scalable AI solutions.Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
