AI Architect

About the role

We are seeking an AI Architect to design and implement advanced AI systems, including multi-agent workflows, large language models (LLMs), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. This role focuses on aligning technical AI solutions with business goals while ensuring security, compliance, and cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph and architectural design patterns.
• Develop and optimize data models for AI applications.
• Track model performance, manage inference costs, and monitor latency.
• Implement security and compliance measures to guard privacy, prevent data leaks, and mitigate model hallucinations.
• Align technical AI choices with business objectives and financial budgets.
• Guide engineering teams through design trade-offs and project execution.

Requirements

• Mastery of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Proficiency in cloud services (AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, Microsoft Azure AI).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, vector databases, and data governance.
• Proficiency in Python, data engineering libraries, and Java.

This is a 1-year onsite position located in Hoboken, NJ.
