AI Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department leads to map existing processes and identify high-leverage opportunities for AI and automation.
• Design, prototype, and ship internal AI tools, agents, and workflows (e.g., LLM-powered assistants, automated reporting, intelligent routing, internal copilots).
• Translate business goals into technical specs, and technical realities back into business language.
• Establish standards and shared infrastructure to ensure coherence across AI initiatives.
• Define and track KPIs, measure adoption, and iterate based on impact.
• Act as an internal evangelist by training teams, documenting playbooks, and raising the organization's AI fluency.

Requirements

• Recent graduate from IIT / IIM (or equivalent) with a background in Engineering and exposure to AI/ML.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building AI solutions.
• Strong technical foundation in Python, familiarity with LLMs, APIs, prompt engineering, and modern AI tooling.
• Sharp business instincts and the ability to contribute meaningfully to both Sales reviews and Code reviews.
• Bias for action (preference for shipping early versions over prolonged planning).
• Excellent communication skills capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Curiosity, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.

Nice to Have

• Internships or projects involving cross-functional problem solving.
• Hands-on experience with workflow tools or BI tools.
• Side projects, papers, or hackathon wins demonstrating building capabilities.

Pay

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 annually.
