AI Accelerator Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the strategy and operating model of the company AI Accelerator
• Design a replicable program to help AI founders develop their ideas into products and companies
• Manage full lifecycle of cohort experience including selection, onboarding, programming, and follow-up
• Establish scalable processes for applications, communication, and operational activities
• Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance the founder experience and share success stories
• Forging strong relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners to integrate insights into the company’s strategies

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in startup ecosystems or strategic programs, ideally in tech or developer-focused companies
• Expertise in managing complex programs from strategy to execution and evaluation
• Deep knowledge of early-stage, pre-seed, or idea-stage founders and their challenges
• Strong passion for AI-driven startups and related technologies
• Proven capacity to create exceptional community and founder experiences with a focus on content and operations
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across diverse teams
• Strong editorial skills, with ability to tell compelling founder stories and produce relevant content
