AHMG Psychiatry at Apopka Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licenced Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (primary care, psychiatrist, other team members) to ensure coordinated care and treatment continuity
• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to resources, facilitating referrals to community sources and support services as needed
• Documenting in a timely and thorough manner

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC)
• Current, valid Florida LCSW or LMHC license
• BLS
