AHMG Pediatrics at The Village - Middleton, Florida Full-time position for an APRN or PA

General Summary

The APP, under the supervision of Physicians, is responsible for:

• Performs physical examinations of patients, assessment and treatment of injuries or illnesses for pediatric patients.
• Orders and interprets appropriate diagnostic tests, such as routine laboratory, X-ray, etc.
• Independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
• Makes appropriate referrals to physicians or specialists, as needed
• Collaborates with providers and staff, as necessary to provide consistent care to patients and support to staff
• Displays a caring and professional attitude at all times as well as maintaining personal and professional growth

Schedule Details

Primary Schedule: Full-time
Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Primary Location: The Village – Middleton (Practice to compete construction in 2026)
Opportunity to pick up additional hours when needed at other locations across Central Florida

Education And Experience Required

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
• Minimum of 5 years pediatric experience

Licenses, Certifications, And Registrations Required

• Current, valid Florida APRN or PA-C license
• ANCC, AANP, PNP-PC/AC, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification
• Current BLS required
