What You Will Do
- Keep things moving by loading spray rigs, tender trucks, and customer equipment with precision and care
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing agronomy products
- Support our customers with friendly, knowledgeable service and quick problem-solving
- Stay safe and compliant by following DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company guidelines
- Operate and maintain equipment for dry and liquid fertilizer, anhydrous ammonia, and crop protection products
- Assist with seed operations, including bulk seed handling and equipment support
- Train and mentor teammates on equipment use and safety procedures
- Take on special projects that help improve operations and support your team
What You Will Need
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
- 1A Chemical Applicator License (or ability to obtain)
- Mechanical aptitude, including basic welding, cutting, and equipment maintenance
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with crop protection and nutrient products
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
