AgriTech Co-Founder / CPO (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking to hire ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. As an EWOR Fellow, you will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as AgriTech. You will embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customised programme to enhance your goal, time, and energy management.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in a field such as AgriTech.
• Participate in a customised personal development programme designed by unicorn founders.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding.
• Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit, with support in building a sales force or marketing engine.

Requirements

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in the English language.
