About the role
Responsible for performing various agricultural tasks on assigned ranches including but not limited to planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops.
Responsibilities
- Planting and cultivating crops as directed
- Harvesting crops according to schedule
- Maintaining fields and equipment
- Assisting with animal care and feeding
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment
Qualifications
- Experience in agriculture or related field preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Skills
- Proficient in using farm machinery and equipment
