About the role
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the cultivation and maintenance of agricultural crops. Duties include planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops. Additionally, the worker will be responsible for maintaining equipment and performing routine inspections.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the cultivation and maintenance of various agricultural crops
- Plant, water, fertilize, and harvest crops
- Maintain all equipment used on the farm
- Perform routine inspections of farm machinery and facilities
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in agriculture is preferred but not mandatory. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical stamina and strength are essential. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Skills
- Knowledge of basic agricultural practices
