Responsibilities
- Operate sprayers/spreaders to apply fertilizer and crop protection
- Maintain and calibrate equipment
- Work closely with the agronomy team
- Keep accurate records
- Provide great service to local growers
Qualifications
- Spraying or large farm equipment experience preferred (will train)
- Mechanically inclined and tech-capable
- CDL and Spray License (or ability to get both)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Preference for candidates with ties to the region
