Agricultural Line Operator - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Operate blending, bagging, packaging, and processing machinery following safety protocols.
• Accurately fill, stage, and prepare customer and internal orders.
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation, quality, and output efficiency.
• Measure, weigh, label, and package products according to specifications.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products for storage or shipment.
• Perform routine equipment checks, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments.
• Maintain accurate production records, inventory, and work logs.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance.
• Cook with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
• Auxiliary with inventory control, material handling, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Follow safety policies and workplace procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing, agricultural production, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and work schedules.
• Basic math skills for measuring and weighing.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform active tasks such as standing, walking, and bending.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues.

Working Conditions
