Agricultural Equipment Operator

Crop Management

• Till soil, prepare fields, and plant crops using farm machinery
• Set up and operate irrigation equipment
• Apply fertilizers to crops using hand sprayers and other equipment
• Conduct regular crop inspections
• Plant seeds and seedlings using various planting techniques and equipment
• Harvest crops using machinery or by hand
• Load and unload harvested crops into trucks or storage containers
• Store and pack crops for transportation
• Transport harvested crops to storage facilities
• Monitor grain moisture levels and assist with grain handling

Maintenance and Operations

• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on farm vehicles, implements, and equipment
• Operate and maintain irrigation equipment
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining storage areas and equipment
• Operate trucks and conveyors as needed

General Farm Labor

• Perform general farm labor tasks
• Assist with the disposal of spoiled grain
• Manage grain inventory as directed
