Agricultural/Commercial Loan Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Originate, Manage, and Supervise Loans
• Take ownership of North Star’s commercial loan portfolio, maintaining and improving asset quality while developing new and existing business relationships
• Business Development
• Grow your portfolio by cultivating high-value agricultural and commercial clients in the Minot area
• Financial Analysis & Structuring
• Review business financials, assess risk, and structure loans that maximize client success and portfolio performance
• Portfolio Oversight & Compliance
• Monitor assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
• Member & Community Engagement
• Provide strategic guidance to members and represent North Star in industry and local events to strengthen relationships and lending opportunities
