Agile Scrum Master

Introduction We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in a hybrid schedule capacity, with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices and ensuring effective team collaboration and delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospectives).Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, dashboards, and metrics tracking.Understanding of DevOps fundamentals, quality practices, and Definition of Done.Ability to leverage flow metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput, predictability) to drive improvements.Strong communication and facilitation skills across cross-functional teams.Prior work experience at client or in client's industry. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).Strong influencing skills without formal authority; ability to build partnerships across teams.Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services) and within compliance frameworks. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Facilitate daily team alignment through stand-ups, ensuring progress, risks, and blockers are clearly surfaced.Maintain delivery flow using Scrum or Kanban practices, including monitoring WIP limits and cycle time.Partner with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, prioritized, and groomed backlog.
