About the Role

The Agile Project/Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple large healthcare IT implementation projects, taking a leadership role across various integration workstreams. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, C-suite interactions, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans and budgets
• Oversee project governance
• Lead integration workstreams across multiple projects
• Work with physician group providers and IPA organizations
• Collaborate with C-suite executives
• Communicate effectively in both English speaking and writing
• Preferred certifications: PMP, Agile Certified
• Preferred tools: Microsoft Project, ServiceNow SPM module, SmartSheets

Requirements

• Healthcare experience, specifically working with physician group providers and IPA organizations
• Program management experience, including running multiple large healthcare IT implementation projects
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions implementation
• Strong English speaking and writing skills
