Agile Program Manager - Digital

Responsibilities

Lead Agile program planning, execution, and reporting across multiple IT cross-functional teams.
Monitor program and/or value stream, capacity, risks, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery.
May also oversee budget for assigned programs.
Facilitate communication between teams and proactively resolve cross-team impediments.
Track and report on key program metrics (e.g., OKRs, delivery milestones, value delivery)
Champion Agile ways of working and continuous improvement across teams.
Provide regular updates and escalations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Conduct quarterly portfolio planning sessions connecting with other portfolios for cross-functional efforts.
Collaborate with other Program Managers to manage interdependencies and shared resources.
Guide teams through Agile best practices without being framework-prescriptive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or comparable experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing programs in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and waterfall principles, delivery methods, and metrics.
• Experience in highly regulated, large enterprise settings with matrixed teams and complex dependencies.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with senior visibility.
• Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management tools (ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira).

Benefits

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $132,000.00 - $165,000.00 annually.

Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 7.5 hours per day
