Agile Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies
• Lead teams through quarterly planning
• Develop and manage end-to-end plans
• Ensure delivery on quarterly objectives
• Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and resolve cross-team issues
• Coordinate and quality assure projects and tasks
• Define and own metrics and key performance indicators
• Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders
• Collaborate with a wide range of teams and functions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in technical project or program environments
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• Experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Agile Program Management
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, prioritize needs, and build strong working relationships
• Track record of holding teams and individuals accountable to deliverables
• Skilled in project planning, forecasting, and progress tracking
• Systematic and analytical problem-solving ability
• Strong communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and drive
