About the role
Ampersand Solutions Group (AMPERSAND) is seeking an Agile Program Manager to lead the implementation of Agile methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of the Government customer's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor team members in Agile practices
- Navigate challenges and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, management, engineering, or other related fields
- Proven experience leading at least 3 Agile projects from inception to completion
- Experience managing projects that involve cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in projects that require rapid iteration and feedback loops, such as software development or product management
- Experience with Agile transformations within organizations, showcasing the ability to implement Agile practices at scale across multiple program offices and physical locations
- Ability to work with the customer on-site in Orlando, FL
- Limited travel may be required
- US Citizen
Qualifications
- 7 years in Agile project management (outside of PEO STRI / CPE ST3 experience)
- Master's degree in a related field
- Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, other relevant Agile certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Proven experience leading at least 5 Agile projects from inception to completion
- Experience managing projects via Agile/SAFe methodologies for multiple use cases including programmatic, software development, foreign military sales, and complex product management tasks
- Experience leading an Agile/SAFe transformation within a complex organization at a large scale
- ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE w/ SCI ELIGIBILITY

Pay
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The Agile Program Manager will work a standard 40-hour workweek, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
