About the role
Responsible for the full stack development of Cloud based applications and microservices.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- 9 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience
- Java, JavaScript frameworks (React), Gitlab, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, and modern datastores (NoSQL, Relational, Object)
Desired Skills
- Familiar with: spring, Kubernetes, docker, Terraform, Swagger and AWS managed services
- System Requirements decomposition, release planning, CI/CD, Test frameworks and automation, and Agile Methodology
- Familiar with FOSS & GOTS
Cloud Experience
- Shall have one (1) year demonstrated work experience with full stack development; front-end, API and backing datastores
- Shall have demonstrated work experience with Spring Boot microservices, 12-Factor applications, serialization such as JSON and/or BSON and CI/CD pipelines
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
- Debug existing software and correct defects
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
- Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories
- Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards
- Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards
- Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components
Pay
$213k-$233k per year with an additional $53k-$58k in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions
