Agile Coach (Release Train Engineer)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Agile Coach (Release Train Engineer) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This remote role will support large-scale program execution across complex transformation efforts, with a strong emphasis on Lean-Agile delivery and enterprise-level coordination. The position will guide Agile Release Train ceremonies, remove impediments, and strengthen transparency across teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will help drive reliable feature delivery, improve execution discipline, and continuously enhance team performance through structured coaching and improvement practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$118,000 – $196,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Release Train events including PI Planning and System Demos
• Track and manage program-level impediments and risks
• Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices
• Ensure transparency in execution and feature completion tracking
• Drive improvements through Inspect and Adapt workshops

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, IT Management, or a related field
• 10 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach
• SAFe Release Train Engineer certification or equivalent
• Experience leading ERP transformations or large system integrations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
