Agile Business Analyst Lead / Document Analyst - P&C Insurance

Summary The client is seeking a Lead Agile Business Analyst/Document Analyst with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain experience. The most important requirement is hands-on knowledge of insurance business processes, especially Policy, Claims, and Billing, combined with requirements documentation and stakeholder management. Job Description/Responsibilities: Lead Agile Business Analyst / Document Analyst Strong handson experience in P&C Insurance Indepth knowledge of Policy, Claims, and Billing systems Experience working with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar optional) Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation Perform data analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis for system changes Support reporting, dashboards, and integration requirements across upstream and downstream systems Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with business rules Ensure adherence to insurance regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Excel, SQL (basic) Exposure to integrations, APIs, and data flows is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Insurance certifications or domain training in P&C is a plus Notes:- All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.
