Agile Business Analyst

This is a contract, hybrid position based in Wilmington, DE.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Communicate effectively at different levels within the organization, assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Assess the scrum maturity of the team and organization and support the team to reach higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace
• Write user stories with clear documentation of success criteria
• Manage Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, story pointing processes, and retrospectives
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and presentations
• Apply strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-management skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4 years of experience in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical product manager role in a project-based environment
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Working experience with Agile tools like JIRA
• Fluent in technology with strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies and techniques
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay

The pay range for this position is $53.56 - $53.56 per hour.
