Aggression Replacement Facilitator- Casual

About the role

Aggression Replacement Training Facilitator for Youth in Allegheny County. Adelphoi is looking for a casual A.R.T. Facilitator for Community-Based A.R.T. cycles in Allegheny County. Aggression Replacement Training is a 10-week program consisting of a 3-hour session each week. The sessions are held on Tuesday evenings from 5pm to 8pm. The program is located at the CISP center in Wilkinsburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Co‑facilitation of scheduled sessions with other A.R.T. facilitators.
• Completion of necessary intake paperwork with assigned youth.
• Maintenance of all progress records, including weekly and monthly reports.
• Communication with placing juvenile probation officer regarding youth progress, including absences from the group.
• Communication with family members concerning youth progress.
• Rescheduling of sessions in the event of cancellation due to weather or other circumstances.
• Continual assessment of program implementation and effectiveness to make any necessary adjustments to service delivery.

Requirements

• Currently a trained A.R.T. Facilitator preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass all pre‑employment clearances, screenings, and background checks.

Schedule

The program runs for 10 weeks with a 3‑hour session each week. Sessions are held on Tuesday evenings from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
