AGGREGATE DIVISION-EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

About the role

Knife River is seeking Equipment Operators for its crushing operations. The position requires the ability to operate heavy equipment safely and productively.

Responsibilities

• Operate Heavy Equipment safely and productively
• Work safely and follow all company policies
• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Requirements

• One year experience with the defined type of equipment preferred
• Ability to operate multiple types of equipment is a plus
• Physical Requirements: Steady to intermittent and repetitive physical activity including standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Qualifications

Applicant must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Skills

Must possess the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
