Job Summary

As an Agentic Software Engineer III at Arrivia, you will design and ship complex full-stack features and subsystems, and you will own technical delivery from design through production. You will work with significant autonomy, using coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to multiply your output. You will also build internal agentic workflows that automate testing, documentation, and code review triage, and configure MCP integrations that connect agents to internal tools and platform services. You will mentor junior engineers, help set the team's quality bar, and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.

About the Role

This role is Remote-US, working with a distributed team across US and international time zones. You should have 5 to 8 years of full-stack experience and 2 or more years using coding agents professionally, across TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or C#/.NET, a front-end framework like React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular, and a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
