Agentic Operations Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Agentic Operations Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape reusable frameworks for AI-assisted service operations, helping teams design, validate, and scale effective workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product, Legal, and operational stakeholders to improve automation quality, governance, and execution. This position will also help prioritize high-impact opportunities and translate workflow performance into clear guidance for senior leaders. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $168,420 – $247,369 annually Responsibilities Design reusable patterns for agentic service workflows Set concrete standards for builders to apply independently Prototype workflows to validate patterns and identify gaps Collect feedback to improve shared workflows continuously Influence product development based on builder needs Rank automation opportunities by impact and risk Represent operational performance to senior stakeholders Qualifications 8+ years in operations, product, or AI roles 2+ years designing AI-assisted workflows Hands-on experience with agentic tooling and orchestration frameworks Strong fluency with LLM systems and prompt design Experience with human-in-the-loop systems, including compliance checkpoints Ability to define and diagnose workflow performance metrics Proven track record influencing cross-functional teams Familiarity with Responsible AI practices and governance Benefits Opportunities to work in a hybrid or remote capacity Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product and Legal Dynamic work environment with a focus on continuous improvement Access to advanced AI tools and frameworks Involvement in shaping the future of customer service workflows Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
