Agentic Incident Management Founder, Manufacturing

About the role

We're seeking Founders who can leverage their domain expertise to build full-stack, AI-native services in industries where outcomes depend on expertise, regulation, and trust. Our goal is to become the incident response layer for every manufacturing floor, correlating signals to identify critical issues and execute safe responses.

Responsibilities

• Ingest data from various sources including SCADA, PLC, MES, Historian, quality vision systems, predictive maintenance platforms, CMMS, and environmental sensors.
• Surface actionable insights by correlating signals to identify root causes of incidents.
• Develop and implement automated safety protocols and response plans.
• Expand capabilities to include SOP automation, trend reporting, and anomaly detection across the entire manufacturing floor.

Pay

• $260,000 annual salary, plus equity.

Schedule
