Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally at product-led companies
• Solid full stack foundation — React, TypeScript, Postgres, and comfort picking up tools like Vite, Supabase, or Lovable
• Demonstrated experience building with AI/ML — LLMs, vector databases, or coding agents
• Track record of shipping customer-facing features with real user impact
• Product intuition — you think about the "why" and can translate user feedback into great experiences
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive work to completion
