Agentic AI Technical Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an AI / Generative AI Architect with deep experience in LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and agentic AI systems to design and deliver enterprise‑grade, compliant AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect Generative AI solutions using LLMs and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Design semantic search and NLP architectures supporting multilingual inputs and open‑text queries.
• Build agentic AI architectures with orchestration frameworks and human‑in‑the‑loop oversight.
• Define deterministic, traceable, and auditable AI behavior patterns.
• Design architectures for virtual assistants, intent recognition, recommendation systems, and personalized engagement.
• Establish integration patterns with CRM systems and third‑party data sources.
• Ensure AI solutions meet healthcare compliance, data privacy, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in software / solution architecture
• 5+ years in AI/ML systems and 2–3 years in Generative AI & LLMs
• Experience with Azure AI Search, semantic search, NLP, and recommendation systems
• Hands‑on experience with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen)
• Strong cloud and microservices architecture experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience with API design, distributed systems, and CRM integrations
