About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking Agentic AI Senior Lead Data Scientist role as part of the Consumer Model Development CoE. This role is pivotal in leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions within the Consumer LOB's - Banking, Lending, and WIM divisions. The successful candidate will lead model development for projects/programs and guide a team of data scientists and collaborate with business and technology partners to drive end-to-end solution design and development for implementing virtual assistants, content generation, agentic frameworks, and others for improving employee/customer experience, driving operational efficiencies, and mitigating risks.
