About the Opportunity

The Agentic AI Engineer role is focused on developing autonomous, enterprise-grounded AI agents that perform complex business tasks to enhance productivity across the organization. This position involves leveraging the organization's technology stack to build intelligent workflows that convert collective knowledge into actionable outcomes, thus driving operational efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced agentic workflows for end-to-end business processes.
• Use Retrieval Augmented Generation and relevance engines to ground agents in enterprise knowledge.
• Develop and fine-tune large language models and integrate them with internal and external APIs.
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure using Terraform to support scalable enterprise agents.
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines for deployment and optimization.
• Apply security and network protocols to protect data and ensure compliance.
• Establish observability systems to monitor agent performance and detect issues.
• Serve as a technical expert on the platform, providing guidance and recommendations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of AI workflows, infrastructure, and deployments.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success delivering autonomous AI projects involving complex workflows.
• Strong desire to master the organization’s technology stack including Elasticsearch Relevance Engine and RAG.
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith.
• Proficiency in DevOps and infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, networking, and identity management.
• Experience with observability frameworks for multi-agent systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise agentic AI and workflow platforms.
• Ability to leverage emerging trends like Multi-Agent Orchestration and MCP.
• Programming skills in Python or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with large language model providers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to ethical AI and responsible development.

Pay Range and Compensation Package
