Agentic AI Engineer

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and deploying advanced AI solutions that integrate with large language models to enhance productivity and innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale Python applications that leverage ML and AI technologies.
• Develop and maintain production ML systems, including model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and operate AI-driven applications using RAG and tool-using agents.
• Work with various LLMs, both commercial and open-source, to fine-tune and adapt models for specific use cases.
• Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems and deliver efficient, reliable solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience in one or more languages (Python, C/C++, Go, Java).
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale Python applications.
• 3+ years of experience designing, architecting, testing, and launching production ML systems.
• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration, fine-tuning, and adaptation.
• Understanding of different LLMs, both commercial and open-source, and their capabilities.
• A solid grasp of applied statistics, core ML concepts, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, including containerized services, serverless functions, data services, orchestration tools, model serving, and infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency in at least one cloud provider (AWS preferred).

Skills

• Expertise in Python, C/C++, Go, and/or Java.
• Knowledge of large language models and their applications.
• Experience with RAG and tool-using agents.
• Statistical analysis and machine learning skills.
• Cloud infrastructure management and automation.

Pay

$150,000 - $200,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
