Agent Success Specialist (P&C Licensed)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier, unscripted white-glove service via phone, email, and chat.
• Proficiently navigate carrier websites, HubSpot CRM, SMS, and other omnichannel functions.
• Tactfully handle conflict resolutions and expertly de-escalate client situations.
• Establish and nurture positive client relationships, ensuring all inquiries, cancellations, and confirmations are adeptly managed.
• Document daily challenges and corrective actions in the call-center database.
• Use insights from call-center data to suggest continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of insurance customer service experience required.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance producer license required in any U.S. state. If not currently licensed in California, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Californian-resident insurance license within 90 days of hire.
• Technical proficiency with platforms such as Slack, Gmail, G-Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft 365, HubSpot CRM, Zoom, and more.
• A stable High-Speed Internet connection suitable for VOIP.
• A quiet Work-from-Home setup.
• A genuine passion for customer service and effective interpersonal skills.
• Physical capabilities: Regular keyboarding, sharp vision, and ability to communicate using a headset.

Pay and Benefits

• The Pay Range For This Role Is 60,000 - 71,000 USD per year(San Francisco, CA - Remote)
