Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch training program
• Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
• Represent sellers and buyers in negotiating offers
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
• Actively participate in team meetings and events following team protocols
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their homes
• Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to listings

$75,000 - $95,000 USD yearly (commission-based position)
