The Kyle Campbell Agency is seeking an Agent in Training to join their growing Lansing team. Ideal candidates are motivated, outgoing, and eager to build a rewarding career in insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to become a successful insurance professional
• Work alongside an experienced team
• Build lasting client relationships
• Gain valuable sales and business experience
• Learn hands-on training, mentorship, and coaching
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions
• Educate clients on various insurance products
• Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer relationships using CRM software
• Collaborate with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

• Sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Coachability and a desire to grow both personally and professionally
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to obtain or maintain a Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance License
• Bilingual skills are a plus!
