What You’ll Do
- Regularly prospect, connect with, and convert leads for new and repeat business
- Conduct needs-based consultations to deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Master a full product suite—Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial—and cross-sell to maximize value per client
- Build retention through relationship management, upselling, and regular policy reviews
- Routinely crush individual sales targets and elevate agency growth
- Stay sharp on product strategy and industry standards
- Rigorously use CRM tools for pipeline management, follow-ups, and renewals
- Engage in team sales competitions and contribute to bold growth initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience
- Embraces a hunter’s mentality—tenacious, proactive, and resilient
- Skilled closer with outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Hungry to learn, highly coachable, and relentlessly goal-driven
- Organized executor, capable of managing a robust pipeline
- Holds or is willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses
- Bilingual (optional but advantageous)
