Responsibilities

• Connect with new leads and prospective customers
• Learn how to prepare quotes and explain coverage options
• Help clients with various insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the decision-making process
• Develop relationships with existing and new customers
• Organize leads and conversations using agency systems
• Practice and improve sales skills through coaching and practice

Requirements

• Genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
• Passion for setting and achieving goals
• Persistence and resilience in the face of challenges
• Willingness to take feedback and apply it
• Good organizational skills
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, banking, or similar roles
• Willingness to complete the required insurance licensing
