Responsibilities

• Work agency-provided leads to help clients find the right insurance solutions.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and relationship building.
• Educate clients on their coverage options and recommend personalized insurance plans.
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service before and after the sale.
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to develop your skills.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in insurance, financial services, retail, automotive, or another customer-focused industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve goals.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Willingness to obtain a Michigan Property & Casualty License and Michigan Life & Health License.

Pay

Compensation range: $55,000 – $75,000.
