About The Role As an Agent in Training at the Mario Bujas Agency, you will deliver tailored protection solutions to clients, develop advanced business and sales strategies, and work side-by-side with an experienced agency team. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networkingConduct in-depth insurance consultations to match clients with optimal coveragePresent and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance productsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through personalized serviceManage sales activities, follow-ups, and renewals using CRM systemsEnsure compliance with California Department of Insurance regulations and company standards Qualifications Candidates must be licensed in California and fluent in Spanish.
