About the role
The Agent in-Charge is responsible for providing exceptional individualized customer service, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management. In addition, they will provide support and direction to dispensary staff at the direction of the AGM. This role is expected to spend 30% of their time focused on inventory related activities and are held responsible for engaging in the activity of and maintaining accurate records for inventory.
