Agent Experience Coordinator
About the role
As an Agent Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests, managing mail distribution, facilitating in-office event setup, and providing first-line support for office-related needs. You will manage a small portfolio of customers directly, supporting them with everything from understanding Compass to training on our tools and programs, assisting with marketing requests, and more.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage office operations
- Field questions and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Support the adoption of Compass technology and adjacent services
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new customers
- Provide basic marketing support
- Collaborate with other team members and departments
- Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance
Requirements
- 1-2 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
- Previous experience in real estate a plus
- Previous experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) a plus

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $23.36 - $25.96 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits.
Schedule
This role is 100% in-office in Seattle, WA (Capitol Hill Office).
