Request a conversation. Responsibilities Architect agents: tools, memory, planning loops, escalation, and guardrails. Build evaluation suites and trace-based observability for agent behavior. Integrate agents with client systems via scoped, secure APIs. Continuously improve agent quality against measurable success criteria. What we're looking for Deep experience with LLM application development and agentic patterns. Strong software engineering background — agents are software, not prompts. Opinionated about safety, cost control, and human-in-the-loop design. Comfort operating in ambiguous, client-facing environments.
