About the role

Immo Concept 44, a family-run business with over 15 years of experience in the South Loire area, is looking to strengthen its team with several sales agents. Today, the team consists of 8 employees working in a client-focused environment dedicated to satisfying both sellers and buyers.

Profile sought

• Open to all profiles – beginners or career changers welcome, with commercial training or a commercial mindset
• Active listening, drive, dynamism, and autonomy are essential assets for success in this role and for conveying the company's values and image
• Residence in the agency's area
• Valid driving licence (Category B) required
• Discretion assured

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: implementing property search actions, meeting seller and buyer prospects, discovering projects, estimating property values, and signing sales mandates
• Follow-up: tracking information from prospecting, managing the seller and buyer portfolio, and monitoring the sales file through to notary signature
• Sales: conducting property viewings, providing viewing feedback (analysis and conclusions), and negotiating and mediating between parties

Pay

• Commission-based remuneration (percentage based on experience)
