Agency Success Manager

Steadily is an insurance technology company that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. We’re four years old, just over 150 people, manage $20B in risk, and are intent on becoming the world’s best and largest insurer of rental properties. We exist to deliver fast, affordable insurance and to pay claims quickly and fairly. To do that, we hire the best engineers, actuaries, sales, and service people in the country to build the experience that we’d want if we were the client.

About the role

We’re hiring an Agency Success Manager who is the very best at what they do. You'll be surrounded by team members who are also the very best at what they do, which will help you grow even further. We’ve grown our Independent Agency channel significantly and are looking for an excellent Success Manager to enable our agents to be successful using our platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive independent agent engagement to increase the number of agents quoting our products on a monthly basis.
• Serve as a technical lead for the UI quoting platform for the Independent Agency channel.
• Host daily/weekly training webinars that may be pre-planned or in-the-moment.
• Provide excellent and timely customer service to agents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may come up with agents.
• Collaborate with Director and Marketing on content creation to help design innovative and effective solutions based upon agency feedback.
• Collaborate effectively and efficiently across functional teams to define needs and determine priorities.

Requirements

• You are a gifted trainer with experience presenting to groups.
• P&C insurance background preferred, but we will consider candidates without insurance experience. Candidates without industry experience will complete a 90-day program including licensing, training, and hands-on experience as an insurance agent to build the necessary foundation.
• You are extremely tech-savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage.
• You can handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight.
